I’m interested in many things. When I’m not working, learning, teaching, or enjoying time with family, you might find me operating a railroad or driving an old car. And before I could set type on a computer, you’d find me setting foundry type in my studio. There is never as much time as I’d like for these pursuits, but hey, you take what time you can get these days.

I used to have a little more time. You can see that I was enjoying trains, cars, and arranging letters of the alphabet by the time I was three years old. According to my mother’s notes in my baby photo album, these were birthday gifts on my third birthday.
